Do you have a physical store or is it just online? Plus

Hello! Goucha's Handmade is an online-only store, but we offer personalized support to help you choose the ideal model and size. You can contact us by direct message or email (geral@gouchashandmade.pt) — we'll be happy to help.

How long does delivery take? Plus

Once your order has been processed (usually within 3 to 4 business days), delivery takes between 48 hours and 5 business days, depending on your address. You will receive a notification as soon as your order has been shipped.

How do I choose the right size? Plus

We recommend choosing a size larger than usual. On each product page you will find a size guide with equivalents (EU, US, UK) and the insole length in centimeters, to make your choice easier.

Can I exchange one model for another? Plus

Yes, we accept exchanges up to 14 days after receiving the order, as long as the product is in perfect condition. Send us a message and we will explain all the necessary steps.

How does returning a product work? Plus

You can return any item within 14 days of receiving your order. Simply contact us and follow the steps outlined in our [Returns Policy], where you will find all the information about shipping and refunds.

How long does it take to get a refund? Plus

It will be processed within a maximum period of 14 days

Who pays for return shipping? Plus

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective products or incorrect shipment.

What happens after a return? Plus

Once we receive your returned product and confirm that it is in perfect condition, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used to make the purchase. Full details are in our [Return Policy].

Do you ship to Madeira and the Azores? Plus

Yes, we ship to all regions of Portugal, including Madeira and the Azores. Shipping is free on orders over €79.90.

Can I pick up my order at your factory? Plus

Yes, it is possible to pick up your order at our workshop in Benedita (Leiria). Simply select this option when completing your purchase or contact us.
