CLEANING AND CARE
- Cleaning with a damp cloth without using detergents;
- Dry in the shade without using heat sources;
- For more severe dirt, use pH neutral soap and a fine-bristled brush.
STORAGE
- Store inside the box if possible;
- Avoid storing in humid places, ideally store in dry and ventilated areas.
WHAT TO AVOID
- Do not soak the flip-flops (especially the cork/insole);
- Direct sunlight for a long time;
- Do not use in the washing machine;
- Harsh chemicals.
Shipping: Orders are processed within 3 - 4 business days and shipped once processing is complete. Delivery times and costs depend on the shipping option chosen at checkout.
Returns and exchanges: You have 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange through your customer account. Items must be unused, in their original packaging and with all tags attached.
Return costs: Return shipping is paid by the customer for both returns and exchanges. This doesn’t apply to defective or incorrect items, which are covered by us.
Exclusions: Personalised and made-to-order items can’t be returned.
