Under Portuguese law, consumers have the right to freely terminate the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products, without needing to provide any reason. 2. Conditions for Return

Products to be returned must meet the following conditions:

• Be in perfect condition, with no signs of use, damage or alterations.
• Be in the original packaging, with all labels and accessories included.
• The return must be made within 14 days from the date of notification of termination of the contract.

After receiving and inspecting the return, Goucha's Handmade will refund the amount paid for the products, including initial shipping costs, using the same payment method used by the customer. The refund will be processed within 14 days from the date the returned products are received.

• Sealed products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal is removed after delivery.
